If you didn't care what happened to me,
and I didn't care for you,
we would zig zag our way through the boredom and pain,
occasionally glancing up through the rain
wondering which of the buggers to blame
and watching for pigs on the wing.

What's sad is that this might be the last we ever see of Brule.

Eric posted this on his twitter, "and don't think this is it my chippers. tim and i have 2 huge things to announce for 2010. just you wait."

Man, I can't wait to find out what they have got for us! Maybe they're gonna announce the movie and the new short for FoD?

The finale was a pretty weak episode I have to admit. :|
-I liked when Steve was signaling for the lights to be turned on. XD
-Turns out just hunks.

But a awesome, great series overall. Fear was the best 'sode.

Thanks ::tim:: ::brule:: ::eric:: for the show!
Rest in peace, Richard Dunn

I have to agree, weaker episode then I would have liked. The whole gay theme seemed kind of under-developed.

It's interesting how a show with the premise of spoofing news/talk shows, turned out to be a nice character study. You learn the many different sides of Brule, through explorations like Fear, Family, Relationships, and Sex. I really like how T&E and John have spent six episodes turning an obviously comedic character, into someone with dimension. I would like to see similar projects where T&E have character oriented shows, for TGTTM was a long time ago.

And here's hoping for season two!

Goddamnit, I'm gonna miss Brule so much. I liked this episode though too. It made Brule very sympathetic, I think.

Definitely going to miss Steve Brule! It was a good episode overall, but I still say Relationships was my favorite out of all of them.

::brule:: I think the Trumpet Man scene is probably the best and smartest thing T&E have ever done. It was incredible, and a brilliant send-off for Dr. Steve if this is the last we ever see of him.

This was a pretty great series, with a few weak 'sodes but mostly great stuff. I for one thought Relationships was painfully unfunny, but Family, Health, and Fear were pretty killer.

Bring on the new stuff for 2010! Can't wait to see what those two dark boys have in store.

^ I kind of agree with Relationships being a weaker episode, the silliness of Awesome Show brought the episode down a bit.

I don't think this episode was anything compared to fear, which is my favorite, but it was still a good one for me. There weren't as many Dingus/dangus/grundersons as I would have liked but I agree with Nacho in saying trumpet man stands as one of my favorite bits on the entire show.

I'm glad that, if this is it for Brule, that the last thing he said to a Camera was "For Your Health."

I agree with punk.

T&E really shine when they start developing characters.

Awesome Show was great, no doubt. But I'd like to see something less random. Obviously whatever they choose to do is their perogative as strong independent black women but I've always thought some kind of sit-com-like set-up would be perfect.

Like that episode of Awesome Show that featured the Snow Party. I would tune in every week just to see the sweaters.

No matter what they choose to do, sadly there will be no Dunn.

I guess I'm getting off track. Check It Out! was pretty great, overall. If I learned anything from Steve Brule I think it's this:

Hunks are everywhere but cool uncles AREN'T. Don't be a dingus - appreciate your uncle and let the hunks have all the fun. Pretty girls are a dime a dozen, but you only get one or two cool uncles, you turkey! And if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. If you fall in love with a girl it's probably your cousin! For your health!
